Milpitas: 上海家常菜
大家應該有一樣的感覺, 常吃的餐廳就那幾家, 輪來輪去很容易就又輪回來了. 上次打完球又到上海家常菜, 不過也些菜色上次沒點過的, 就補充寫一下. 走油元蹄($13.95)就是紅燒蹄膀, 滷得非常地透, 所以吃肥肉不會有油膩的感覺, 每次點這種菜大家都是挑肥肉吃, 最後剩下的反而是瘦肉. 不過記得以前在台北錦州街的客家菜的滷蹄膀的味道比這個更好些, 裡面同時加了梅干菜及筍絲, 這兩樣會吸掉蹄膀的油, 並散發梅干菜跟筍絲的香味, 可惜在灣區似乎尚未見過這樣的菜. 走油元蹄就只是滷醬油而已, 所以會比較鹹而且黑. 清炒蝦仁($12.95)是很普通的菜, 不過這裡的清炒蝦仁還算不錯. 某一家餐廳的清炒蝦仁就有點藥水味, 吃的時候大家在猜是不是加了硼砂或是什麼才會有那樣的味道....
